Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may be able to request address changes directly with the carrier, but additional fees may apply and are your responsibility. Do I need to be home to receive my package?

Most orders don't require a signature and will be left at your door or in a secure location. For high-value orders (over $200), a signature may be required. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions.
